My name is Zack Robinson. I run a very serious and aggressive real estate investment company in Atlanta. I have marketed aggressively to motivated sellers and I am receiving at the very least 3 prospects a day. Alot of them have houses with equity and are in the foreclosure process for whatever reason. If you help me fund the deals from FSBOs Vacants, Abandoned, Preforeclosures I will will give you 50% of the profit. You put up the funds through an escrow company with appraisal inspection and we will buy houses at 50% - 60% of the Ltv - repairs. I will ask to borrow up to 70% of the LTV on rehabs this will help to cover all purchase, holding, sales costs. This also factors in an additional 3% for hedge, which will cover us for unexpected surprises
