My name is Zach Shagi. I am in the process of beginning my commercial real estate business. What I am trying to accomplish is to partner with investors for the long-term or short-term to purchase and develop multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties. I am open to any suggestions concerning my percentage of the project.
The three main criteria I look for when searching for a property are:
1. Basing our offer on what the property is worth today, not in the future.
2. Acquiring properties that offer value added opportunities while currently producing a positive cash flow.
3. The ability to receive a large cash on cash return for you the investor.
