East Dallas has recently had a popular gym of 20 years move out of the neighborhood. I am in the exploratory phase of filling the need. My space can accommodate 800 members (the previous gym had 2500 members) at 50.00 per month and 100 per month with Yoga included. EBITDA is looking like 65k after year 1, 365k after year 2, and 432k after year 3 if a conservative average of 3 personal trainings are executed per day as well as a handful of various merchandise sold (water, RTD shakes, etc...).
