Description:
I'm a carpenter/builder and I am interested in remodeling an old building in Downtown Denton, TX to lease as a restaurant on the ground floor, a law firm/large company on the second floor, and a penthouse residential flat on the top for me to live in. I will remodel entire building, find tenants, and manage building w/profit sharing contract. I would like to live on the 3rd floor.
