I am seeking an angel investor/silent partner with or without a direct intrest in the horse industry. Northern BC lacks a quality English riding facility, With this being "horse country" there is a great need for a facility to house clinics, lessons, shows and events. And a great deal of money to be made if the right person starts and runs it. My Vision is a facility with an indoor heated arena, several outside riding rings, cross country course and a meeting area for clubs. Offering lessons by myself (a highly qualified and experienced competition rider) Clinics offered by big and well known riders, and events and shows. Possibility of bringing in a second specialized coach to offer full time lessons and horse training.
As a secondary business rescue thoroughbreds from the race track retrain and sell them as competition horses.
Funding is needed to purchase and build the facility and startup costs, property can be partially mortgaged by myself. funding in the range of 1 million to 1.5 million canadian dollars is needed. With the investor taking a % of all profits.
