Description: Dear Sir/Mam: I want to thank you for the opportunity to present LL Solutions business initiative. LL Solutions Inc. is currently seeking further investment support from $100k to $100k for our oncology small molecule drug discovery program. Our top compounds have shown to be highly effective in killing or inhibiting the growth of cancer cells that demonstrated resistance toward Tarceva and Iressa, which are currently the gold standards for treatment of none small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) caused by mutation activation of EGFR. There is no approved method for the treatment of Tarceva-resistant NSCLC yet and our top compounds perform better in preliminary studies than the front-runner compounds from competitors in clinical trials for T790M therapy. Our exciting discoveries prompted us to have our compounds protected through patent filing and we are seeking further financial support for clinical candidate selection and beyond. The projected market of this therapeutic sector is over eight billion dollars worldwide. Meanwhile, there exists no competition yet in clinical study for T790M cancer therapy in China and thus this huge market is left open for us. We were excited to learn of your involvement with Biotech companies. By aligning ourselves with other companies that offer complimentary pipelines, we believe that we can offer significant advantages to your existing portfolio as well as a superior rate of return. I have enclosed an Executive Summary and would appreciate your assessment. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions or comments you may have, and I will respond promptly with any additional information you require. I look forward to discussing this initiative further after you have completed your review. Sincerely, Dr. Yun Long Founder of LL Solutions, INC San Diego, California (Phone # removed)
