Grotto Ticino is virtually a brand new Restaurant Concept based on swiss style table-top grill hands on cooking, and other table-top gadget cooking ideas including authentic swiss fondues in all variations and Raclette. Nothing similar exists yet in the entire US market. Our concept reduces the two biggest cost factors enormously since our kitchen won't require a large number of chefs and due to the hands on cooking experience for our clients, food complaints will be almost eliminated. We are in negotiations with a major Restaurant chain to take over one or more of their locations in order to transform it into our concept.
