Description: Y's Foods is pronounced "wise". The theme is to manufacture gourmet quality food that is also healthy, with an emphasis on taste. The initial product is named Granola-Go-Roundâ„¢ (GGR)and addresses the "on-the-go" market. Cereal represents a $10 bn market and on the go represents 40% of the total. This product is unique in design and taste. GGRs have a unique opportunity to capture market share as consumers actually stop and peruse the shelves for new products. Our customers come from all ages and like GGRs for varying reasons. Taste is always important, but making it sweet enough, without being too sweet and not using processed sugar is a large part of it. Providing good carbs, fiber, and protein in a size and shape that doesn't lend itself to spills in the car, at work, or in front of the TV has broad appeal. All of this is done without chemical after tastes, since no chemicals are added. Y's Foods requires complete start-up capital for all areas of the company. I have identified and tested the manufacturing equipment needed to mass produce the GGRs and the future products. But we need everything to properly produce the product. The minimum capital required to start is $400,000. That is either cash, or a combination of cash, borrowed money, and / or leased equipment. 3 three-year projections are available upon request that illustrate 1) All cash 2)Borrowed funds with 30% cash 3)20% Cash, $250,000 leased equipment, and the balance borrowed. Variations are available as well.
