Description:
The project of Sirius Pharm JLC involves the construction of a pharmaceutical plant for the production of solid finished dosage forms using the GMP standard, namely: the production of a blister, the provision of services for the packaging of medicinal products from manufacturers (developers) into blisters and cans, and the filling of ampoule forms. This project does not imply the production of pharmaceuticals directly, but in case of agreement, the organization of their production is possible.
The construction of the enterprise will be carried out on the territory of the Free Economic Zone "Brest", the site "Airport". The main priority of the location of the plant on this site is its geo-economic position:
- the proximity of the border of the Republic of Belarus and, as a consequence, the countries participating in the EurAsEC, which makes it possible to deliver goods to the plant without the requirements of ensuring the requirements for a customs convoy (a significant reduction in the cost of delivering goods);
- equal remoteness of both the main manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and their consumers (Europe, Russia);
- highly developed transport infrastructure - logistic vectors:
Brest - Berlin -1000km
Brest - Moscow -1000km
Brest - Kiev -600 km
Brest - Baltic States -600 km
Route M1 / E30 - 100m
International airport "Brest" 200m
Railway logistics (container handling - 10 km);
- use of tax incentives provided to residents of the FEZ:
- exemption from the payment of income tax within 5 years from the date of the announcement of the net balance sheet profit;
- exemption from customs duties on imported equipment and structures for the construction of a plant building, VAT paid on the purchase of equipment and structures will be charged with further reimbursement from the budget;
- all pharmaceutical products packaged at our plant will be sold outside the Republic of Belarus. Taking this into account, all consumables (foil, PVC film, filters for water and air purification, overalls for workers (if purchased outside the country) will be imported without paying duties and VAT.
- availability of relatively highly qualified technical personnel, ready to perform work of the required level, for a relatively low salary. To support the production process, 105 staff members are required. Labor costs, taking into account the remuneration of "top" managers, taking into account taxes and fees paid in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, will amount to 48.2 thousand euros per month. Preliminary analysis of a similar production, labor costs are higher 10 or more times a month;
- the presence of all communications at the border of the site (gas, electricity, water, sewage), the access road and between the sites is asphalted, fertile soil has been removed from the sites (the sites are ready for construction);
The total investment in the project (including the formation of working capital, the purchase of new equipment due to the wear and tear of equipment purchased at the initial stage of the project) is 38.715 million euros. The volume of necessary investments, taking into account those already implemented, is 32.087 million euros. The calculation of investments is given in Appendix No. 1.
At the expense of attracted investments, it is planned to carry out the construction of the building
The main technical indicators of the building:
1. Building area 3,166.80 m2
2. Building volume 34 201.44 m3
3. Total area 5 252.30 m2
purchase 2 lines for the production of blisters and their packaging of solid medicines, as well as 1 line for packaging medicines in a jar. The project provides, taking into account the development of production, reserve areas for the installation of 1 production line on the 1st floor of the building and technological equipment on the second floor, for filling into bottles and ampoules, and their further packaging.
