Description:
We are an Eastern Orthodox Christian oriented women-centered research facility and we provide educational social services to our women clients. We will add a men's component to the course in about a year. The course is called the Prodigal Daughter Course.
We are offering classes beginning the 16th of May 2011 in New York City.
We are in the process of forming partnerships with established community providers in social services, and the principal is a trainee with the Streetwise Partners mentorship program.
HeartSoul Ekonomia Institute has a lot of support from the Church of its principle, and church members are involved as providers, and two community businesses are involved as well. Webmaster is a priest, who has been very supportive. We have an advisor, who is a priest, who used to work for Charles Schwab.
We want to be able to use the investment to incorporate, to research and create Reg D offerings, write a business plan, advertise and create marketing material. We need a small, immediate investment of between $5,000-$10,000, by the 10th of April, to see us through the next 6 months as we complete these tasks thoroughly, and to be able to hire relevant consultants, such as lawyers. Biggest issue is cashflow and advertising.
Our classes will bring in about 4199.00, in the month of May,(class begins in May, ends in June) and through September 2011-May2012, will bring in 17,099.10. Both figures are gross figures. For the use of your investment, we could come to terms
of 12 months usage, with annual 7.78% return on the investment, and also pay it back in full, in April 2011.
In the future I will be interested in an equity offering selling membership units. Im thinking about, at that time to sell to members about 25% of memberships shares in the company. I like the idea of memberships, because it seems to mean that people are not only in it for the return on investment, but they care and are passionate about improving the lives of women and their families and their communities. Memberships unit holders will kept up to date with a monthly newsletter about pertinent financial affairs, as will the initial investor(s) of the $5000-$10000 we need right now.
We will need to fund the low cost of our classes, so We have online magazines that we will launch in Winter 2012, and we feel we have an ready targeted structures in place for getting the word out about our magazines. The magazines have a first operational year potential of 118,000.00.
Currently, we are in the very early stages of negotiating a contract with a hospital (Mount Sinai) research clinician involved in the National Child Survey effort,to help with enrollment efforts.
It all a learning process, and very exciting at the same time. I am looking forward to working with any one who likes our idea of conducting women-centered research and working with women to help them better manage their lives, where it counts first, in the home.
