This is the idea of turning old mobile home lots into RV pads for the traveling public. I have most lots paid for and I have neighbors who are willing to sell to help me with the area being laid out the best. The idea is involving the purchase of a raw commercial parkway lot that backs up to 5 of my lots that is the proposed entrance that the public would see. I see the redevelopment as a boost for the area and also a very good environmental business. The costs; is mostly for the purchase of property. The removal of the mobile homes that are in age from 1966 to 1985. The utility layout with the pad placement. The construction of a new office building on the commercial lot for the guest to check in and out from. A storage building for the maintenance machinery and the laundry for guest to use. The owner would live in the building built for the entrance. This would allow 24/7 coverage by the owner or anyone he gives the office duty to. The growth management of the city of Tallahassee has already got the zone request change made so the work could start rather quickly. This is my best idea of what to do with my old mobile homes that are so old and mostly un-rentable because of age, A change is needed and I am up to the challenge.
