Last year I started a design and finished the first system this year, for small town bakeries, mom and pop's bakeries they just can never afford the system on the market today. 3 years ago I established a new company with the name "FOOD PROCESSING USA" with this company I'll now provide an automated dough fermentation system for the small bakeries to help them to survive and provide the healthiest natural bread.
I'm also teaching world wide the last 25 years dough fermentation to bakers.
