I am looking for a partner to buy out an existing and profitable business that provides race car parts for Nascar/Bush/F1.
Revenues are currently $1.2m but I am looking to merge my other racing business and the upside is about $5-$10m in sales.
I believe the first business can be purchased for about $1.2M to $1.6M, the remainder of the investment would be working capital. My equity investment would be the second company, so you can be sure you've got a partner with 'skin in the game'.
