Description:
We are consulting to a local group holding a 2,000 acre parcel with 11 kilometers of coastal frontage. The location is excellent and offers fantastic views of the Atlantic. The group is interested in building several golf courses, a marina, a hotel and villas or apartments to buyers.
This is a very ambitious project that will require an inmense amount of capital-. However, returns on investment should be as spectacular as this location, on a bay with 2 kilometers of beach front plus an additional several kilometers of cliffs and hills bordering the Atlantic. The bay on which this parcel is locatede is an excellent shelter for small and large yachts as well.
