The studios are consistently booked and gross sales above $1M annually with history dating back to 1984. We’ve planned the acquisition, while finishing construction on a separate luxurious 4,200 sq. ft. facility that is now 80% complete. The above purchase includes real estate, equipment, assets, business name, business phone numbers and rolodex/client list. Our general manager and flagship artist, Willie Basse has a long track record of running successful studios dating back to 1985 with Guns N Roses, Poison, LA Guns, Racer-X, Little Caesar. He has on-going relationships with major record labels, top level producers and artists. The existing facilities also have a track record of current multi-platinum success.
