B and A Transport is looking for $25k in startup capital so that we can expand our Transportation business. B and A Transport is located in Lucedale, MS.
I have been in the business business for 18 years. I know all of the in and outs of this business and I have spent the last two years building my relationships with brokers and companies that are willing to provide me with all the loads I can handle. *( Below, I have included some other important details about the funding that we need.)
B and A Transport is primarily interested in these funding sources, but will consider all inquiries:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
Once fully funded, we intend to use this capital for these purposes:
-Equipment Financing

* Terms of money
Repayment of the original $25,000.00 in 12 payments of $2000.00 a month and one month of $1000.00. During this 13 month period your money will be earning 10% of profits every month paid out in addition to the $2000.00 payment.
After the 13 months of repayment of original money you will have a choice of one of the following:
1) 10 % of profit for a period of 24 months
2) $25,000.00 to be paid out in a monthly note of $1000.00 for 25 months
Also all title's to trucks and trailers will show you or your company as lein holders until original money is paid out. That way, I can earn your trust. I also will give you first option on any future investments
