Description: Patisserie Grain will execute the idea of translating the gastronomic world of the French patisserie to a refined modern American palate featuring texture and flavor driven pastry and confections. Patisserie Grain’s menu will revolve around the best of seasonal products with a devotion to texture and design. A variety of modern petit gâteaux, petit verre and entremets will be available daily. Afternoon Tea with traditional service will be offered by reservation only. Specialty, pre-packaged to go products will be classified under “separation anxiety.” Also, a selection of specialty breads will be available in the afternoon.. Grain will offer truly unique catering options specializing in the art of pastry for banquet dinners, private parties, weddings, corporate events, pr/marketing events and meetings. We will provide refined, elegant desserts, custom cakes, petit fours and showpieces with the option for custom designed display units taking catering to the next level. Our catering menu is only limited by your own imagination. Plans for growth include a cookbook based on Patisserie Grain desserts, a kiosk located in a museum, hi-profile hotel, or farmer’s market type setting and, lastly, an “experimental” Champagne lounge featuring a blurred line of sweet and savory experiences.
