New Edison has been engaged in designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling LED lighting products through a direct sales channel, retailers, and through catalog companies over the past two years. We have designed and manufactured the finest under cabinet and task lighting on the market today.
LED’s (Light Emitting Diodes) are a semiconductor-based product creating light with 10% of the energy of a typical light bulb. They will last 20 to 30 years under typical applications without burning out. They are impervious to vibrations and are cool to the touch.
The $100 billion dollar lighting market is entering a seminal shift to LED’s. This technology shift will replace the majority, if not all the existing lighting over the next few decades.
