Alzer Mining Ltd is a registered Ghana company, with a Board of Directors and three shareholders. In 1987, we paid to acquire the mining rights to eighty square kilometers of land in the extremely rich Au geological settings near Enchi in the Southwestern region of the country. Our geologists and the geologists of the Ghana Mineral and Mining Commission completed a walk over analysis and the M & M Commission took core samples. Both groups were of the consensus that there is at least one million of very mineable ounce of gold in the target area of interest. Alzer’s management team, because of the increase in gold prices, decided to revitalize the company and initiate development of the claim. Alzer must renew its mining license, re-survey the claim concession, and submit an update operation
