The Miramar Theatre is a 327-seat venue on Milwaukee's East Side. We present music concerts. Our primary audience are students from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, which is within 1/2 mile of the theatre. The building includes Stage Right Pub, a small storefront bar that is open 6 nights a week and a tee shirt printing storefront that also serves as a box office and rental client. We are currently looking to purchase the theatre building and also purchase The Modjeska Theatre, a 1300-seat theatre in Milwaukee. The Modjeska would serve as a natural extension of the Miramar by allowing us to continue booking shows that have grown to large for the theatre and also book first-run larger shows and films. The Modjeska currently has 5 rented storefronts and available second floor office space that could be developed.
