Description:
I would like to open a "RITA's" franchise in southern Louisiana. Rita's sells Italian ices and other related items. Southern LA is a very hot climate and items like "snowballs" or "snowcones" are very popular here. I know without a doubt that Ritas would go over very big down here but I do not have the required net worth and liquid assets to qualify for their franchise opportunity. I have a lot of food service experience and am a very smart and motivated person, I know that I could make this a huge success if I only had the funding.
