I started ELC to provide an "Evolved" approach to the pest control and fertilization industry. This business is filled with greedy owners and and lazy employees, we bring a true love for the industry to every landscape we are responsible for making it easy to live up to our company slogan "makin' plants and people happy"
I keep a 25% or less product cost average, payroll is low because it is only my son and I doing the work. I currently have a "partner" who only brings work that he has priced too low therefore the profits from his 4k per month is not sufficient to substantiate growth. I have additional work and have recently acquired a local restaurant chain, high end car dealerships and i am very excited about the high end apartment community in the Champions Gate golf community. I am looking for ideas for investment whether it is a ownership or capitol loan and the current partner will be taken care of by me with no continuing ownership
