Dear Sirs,
My name is William Robinson, I am an author and Master Chef. My fiancée’ is Raven Corwin, a media consultant and editor of books.
The project for which we seek funding is truly one of vision. It is a 6 room historic hotel in El Dorado county, Ca. on 2 acres of land (on the corner of a major crossroad) on the south fork of the American River, with restaurant, separate sports bar, a separate banquet room with dance floor and small band stage, a 50’x 70’ outside dining deck with stage for live shows, and four small retail shops.
The main building and shops are basically structurally sound but require some repair and remodeling for our purposes. It is currently operating at a profit of $100,000 per year but it is only open 4 days a week and closed for 3 months of the year
