Sky Mountain purchases reo's and/or distressed properties across the united states. We mainly only buy in super hyper markets (DOM 15 or less), hyper markets (DOM 30-60) or good markets (DOM 60-90), we try and get our real estate back on the market ASAP, so that our proffits are as high as possible. We find our target markets by keeping databases and tracking specific area's, conducting CMA's, networking with real estate agents and other investors that are freinds or aquaintences. We also pay attention to what is going on in specific area's. For example Orlando Fla. has a ton of REO listing, and since Obama shut down the oil rigs to the west, jobs have plumeted. To the east there really wasn't much to being with, however Orlando has 8 major buildings under construction right now one of which is a hospital. I am watching Orlando, and will most likely be in that market with in the year.
We have set this company us like a machine, and set our goals for this year at over 150 properties. With the proper funding we very well may be able to exceed or goals of 150 this year.
