Description: Six different chess styles of Sports Game Boards; Football, Soccer, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey & Aussie Rule Football. I trying to something going before the 2014 Worlds Cup in Brazil. CUSTOMER PROBLEM The capital to finance the craft men, a down payment to get the order started, then the final payment will held in escrow acount, to insure them the money will in escrow acount until the produce has pasted inspection. Thats on plastic pieces or the collectors pieces. The overhead is getting the right people that can sell the advertising spots the boards. Advertising will nationwide and worldwide, all the programs for all the different teams. TARGET MARKET The United States has around 23,000 High Schools, those are future Players and future Fans of alot of different Sports. There was a company in Arkansas that was selling schedule posters for High Schools, each school's sport had $12,000 in advertising spots. Their were four High Schools in the county I lived that in Georgia. I going to sell the schedule posters with my board on it and give the schools a portion of the profits to the boosters. MANAGEMENT I have thirty years of design experience, I am a electro/mechanical designer with experience in aluminum casting, molded plastic parts, sheet metal and in packaging, in PC boards, wiring harnesses and cables. My computer experience: Hewlett-Packard Graphic Systems, PAFEC software, Solid Modeling on PAFEC (BOXER software), Anvil 1000 and 5000, AUTOCAD 9 - AUTOCAD 2005 & AUTOCAD Designer, DraftSight software, CorelDRAW and CorelPHOTO-Paint. CUSTOMERS finish up on the TARGET MARKET, the company in Arkansas don't give the school any of the profits. And if boosters want to add the pieces, there a mold company in Kanasa that might make molds for plaster poured pieces, for crafts. Theres alot Mothers and Fathers that would like a set with their son's or daughter's piece on their school's board. SALES/MARKETING STRATEGY The players change every year for every sports, in every High School, in every College or University, on every Pro Team. The pieces a preciate every year. Every year is a new winner. BUSINESS MODEL The Civil War set is the model, I need a Civil War set. Our battles are on the field of play. Our teams, our sports, with players and pieces we recognize. In fifteen that set has gone up 30%, from $650 to $850. A Super Bowl set would sell between $1,000 to $1,500 - 10,000 limited Series @ $10,000,000 to $15,000,000 COMPETITORS I offered this idea to the Mint companies@start, so in 2003 the Franklin mint advertised that they were going to do a football set, I sent them a copy of portfolo. So they did a square board($300) w/out my rules for piece orientation. Their Civil War set was ($650) 15 years ago, now sells $850, its pewter pieces. Toy companies, 1 on the east coast and 1 on the west coast. Both offer 5% Royalty slip 50/50 with their lawyers. The going rate is 11%. COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE ROACH International Sports, Inc. holds the copyrights to the artwork and the rules.
