Description: I am looking for investors to fund a real estate investment startup in Connecticut. There are a large numbers foreclosures and excellent deals in CT that can be purchased far below market value and flipped, wholesaled or rented. I will do all the leg work, submit the data to you and you decide if the deal is good or not. If the deal is good I will manage any improvements needed, list the house, interview tenants, etc. For this work I will get 20% of the net from a sell of the property or 25% of the rents collected for a rental property. $500 a month will cover costs of research.
