Description:
John Allan Homes LLC is a newly developed home building company started to take advantage of the starter home market demand in the Tampa Bay area. My partner and I have over 20 years each in the new home market and have both been Division Presidents for national builders. We understand how to run a building operation and have the contacts to design, manufacture, and sell starter homes efficiently. We have all necessary licenses to operate the business and are looking for funding.
