Description:
I am a Brand new Developer. I have great ideas for a few smaller projects (totaling a half million dollars in annual Revenue). The main focal point, though, is My golf course project.
My plans are to get of the groung with a hand full of rental properties (three sites, 50+ units, $600-900/mo) Build my Golf community in the beautiful Saratoga County, and then move south and build more Golf courses. The Baby-Boomers are Retiring. I want to Capitalize on them.
