I am looking for someone to invest 3-5,000 dollars to help me get started in real estate. I currently have a full time job and do to living expense requirements have no plans of quitting it in the near future. I have complete all requirements for a Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Brokers license, including passing the State exam. I need money to cover all of the license, MLS fees E & O insurance and initial advertising costs to get started. I have several pending listings, but can't find the money to get all of these fees paid. We are a home school family, living on one income. So needless to say that I have no extra funds to cover this.
