Description: I have a prepared business plan centered on the acquisition of the assets of the manufacturer of the medical device, with patents and registrations. This device has FDA approval as a sliming machine. My concept is to promote the affects obtain from the treatment of obese people, and the marginal change in life style that is necessary to retain the results from the treatments. I currently have a contract with the owner of the assets, which expires on September 8, 2008. I do have a commitment from a private lender, submitted all documentation as was required, but they have failed to provide the funds because of their financial inability to do so. I need someone who can move quickly, and who will be able to perform on time. My requirements are $1million to acquire the assets and another $4million to begin world wide operations over the internet, hire sales staff, and expand the offshore manufacturing base to meet the demand.
