Description:
Out-Kast will be a facility that is aimed at reaching our local youth by providing a variety of services. We want to have a radio station, a book/music store, a coffee shop, a dance club, a skate park and recreation center, a snack shop, and the facility would allow for small, middle, and large sized concert events. We could also have indoor or outdoor concerts.
We are looking at purchasing an exsisting propert that use to be a car dealership on the main street in town. There are about 5 acres total and it's near many business's and the main expressway exits. It's listed at 1.5 Milllion. There is also a vacant piece of property that connects along side the first property and a side street. It is about 7 acres could be used for recretional uses as well as be open for the community
