Description: International Tech. Corp. ("ITC") was incorporated in the State of Nevada, on December 30, 1997. ITC is the exclusive distributor, sales & marketing entity for R&R Technologies. ITC began its planned operations of engaging in the business of Green Power Production, Waste-to-Energy, Carbon Sequestration (CO2), Alternative Fuels, and Sustainable Economies on August 1, 2008. THE TECHNOLOGY The "Thermal Recovery Unit" (TRU) reduces organic feedstock to hot gases, steam, and carbon char. The TRU is not an incinerator. Rather than burning waste, the system thermally degrades organic materials at temperatures in excess of 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. The char produced is primarily carbon and stabilized metals. The hot gases produced may be used to produce steam for a variety of applications, including Co-generation, and the production of “Green Power.” Emissions, resulting from the decomposition of waste by the TRU, meet all the standards set by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and other regulatory agencies. There is no smoke, odor, or soot. The TRU can be a stationary processing plant or a mobile, trailer mounted, unit. Since the system can be transportable, it can be moved from one customer site to another. The TRU can process tires, plastics, wood, soil, MSW, industrial, medical, and oil field wastes. Reductions up to 92% from the initial feed volumes can be achieved by the TRU. The TRU is ideally suited to extend landfill life and is also ideally suited for island nations that have land, power, and space constraints. Discharged materials are usually a sterile, non-leachable, sequestered char that can be a recycled carbon, soil amendment, or capping material. ITC’s Business Model for the TRU includes: design, build, permitting, operation, staffing, and maintenance of the TRU. ITC charges a tipping/processing fee per ton of feedstock processed and/or recovered by the TRU. ITC’s Business Model lowers overall project risks to customers, increases market share, enhances cash-flow, and builds a strong fixed-asset base versus an outright equipment sale of the TRU in the marketplace. ITC believes that the TRU will be the technology of choice for “Waste-to-Energy” markets. TRU’s are proprietary systems that reduce and convert a wide variety of waste streams, including both non-hazardous and hazardous materials, into hot gases, steam, and char. TRU’s are capable of safe, controlled, and continuous duty. In addition, these units will process any organic materials which include tires, plastics, wood, soils, municipal waste, industrial waste, and medical waste. Waste products may be processed in various physical forms. Weight and volume reductions vary from each feedstock, and tipping fees can range from a few dollars to several hundred dollars per ton. Due to stricter regulations many incinerator based waste management companies have been forced out of business. The TRU is not an incinerator, and when combined with a Thermal Oxidizer, is recognized by both the USEPA and Local Air Districts as the “Best Available Control Technology” to treat smoke, odors, and fugitive emissions. The TRU provides a “one stop,” “cradle-to-grave,” solution to eradicate problematic wastes. Furthermore, the TRU creates additional benefits by reducing waste generator liabilities and provides cost savings since the packaging, storage, handling, transportation, insurance and disposal costs associated with generated wastes can be greatly reduced. Given the vast potential of the “Waste-to-Energy” market, coupled with the uniqueness of the TRU, this is a very exciting technology opportunity to produce “Green Power” with the TRU Technology.
