To my knowledge, other than grocery stroe bakeries, this the second largest town in Indiana, has a total of two bakeries. Me, having been raised in New York, see there is a lot to be desired with this current arrangement. As, from what I have seen, the baked goods present are all typical retail conglomorate provided. The way I was raised in New York, alotted for me to witness first hand the joy brought on by freshness, as well as the pride in providing quality delicious goods. Lastly, not to be prejudice, yet the geographic difference in educated baking, leaves room for improvement in this locality.
