Description:
I am a retired police officer that bought a 25 plus acre farm in Southern, Ohio to build into a mini ranching operation while growing and managing the timber stands on the property for timber production. I want to by an adjoining piece of land next to my current farm, and then build a guest home for family weekend or week long stays providing local tourism as well as hands on ranching and farming experiences to the guest!
