allpayer exchange is an advanced healthcare transaction network that electronically connects healthcare providers with Payers (health plans), PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers), Health Data Analytics and Care Management tools. Our current web-based interface automates the processing of electronic healthcare claims, e-prescribing, specialty drug prior authorization and other transactions. We have signed over 80 provider groups and have established connections to a number of payers (including Medicare and Medicaid payers), networks and other value-added vendors and partners. We are migrating the platform to a cloud-based system, integrating a new prior-authorization and data analytics platform and creating a sales program. As a result, we are seeking angel-round investors (straight equity investment or convertible debt instruments) to participate in our growth as a disruptive technology company in the healthcare data market.
