We are building 27 homes to sell to an underserved market segment - quality homes priced under $200,000 - in one of the fastest growing areas in the St. Louis metro area. Our homes use modular construction which provides substantial cost savings while providing a better built home with 20+% more material than a traditionally built home. Additionally, since the homes are built in a factory and then shipped to the jobsite, the construction time is cut in half ,allowing us to build our 27 homes in a very short time span.
