Music catalog for commercials, film, tv, etc. We have the recording equipment for demos, the ability to make basic (YouTube) videos for bands, websites, businesses, etc. With the current market in real estate, we are looking for help obtaining a facility. We have figured out how to set up a "lockout" rehearsal hall which will basically pay for the building. The current market makes this feasable even at 50% capacity. The "leftover" space will be built into a recording studio, an events room with a stage either room rented hourly or daily. Once we have this foothold, rapid expansion of our catalog (with music licensing and copyrights) is expected. A primary goal is to have 1000 songs which the mechanical rights can be sold and/or leased by 2010.
