Description:
My background in property development lead me to participate in joint ventures to develop several major projects with successful companies and then I became the Queensland Manager of Lend Lease Retail Projects Pty Ltd. My reading of the current market environment leads me to focus my energy on gold mining projects as I see that the price of gold is solid and several instances of potential global instability suggest that the price of gold will remain solid for at least three years. I do not see the same stability in residential property values over the next three years.
Consequently I have formed a partnership with three mining consultants who specialize in gold mining. I have been impressed by their cutting edge knowledge based on extensive experience in their respective fields which includes geology, mining engineering and mine operations. Also their dynamic approach in engaging with projects was much in alignment with my own dynamic approach. Above all, our focus on integrity is uniform within our group.
