Brand Analysis
Grind Espresso Bar is similar to that of our major competitor, Starbucks. It has been determined by the Specialty Coffee Association of America in 2009, that the industry is not set to peak till 2052. The east coast is still considered a low-saturation market. The flow of service will make us better than our competition. To ensure our guests can be converted from Starbucks, an in depth menu analysis has taken place to create comparable items of a higher quality.
