My name is William Faulkner, and yes i am related to the author. I however find my pasion with serving delicious food to the public. I have over 10 yrs experience cooking and managing restaraunts. Its far time for me to step out on my own. I have the full support of my wife and kids who will also be actively involved as well, along with a staff all ready to go. Im always looking for the right location, as thats the key, as im sure you know. Well i really believe i have found it!! Its called Taste of Italy in West Peabody in the Wionna Plazza. Its a well to do area with the medium income being $80,000. The location also boarders Lynnfield, yet another well to do community. Also its on Newbury St which is also known as Rt 1, a very heavily traveled road. The restaurant is all set up with all the necessary equipment. All thats needed is the inventory, permits, and utilities. In order to assure sucess we need an investor to loan us the capital. The owner is looking for a lease of $1500. per month with first, last and security. We are in the beginging stages with this owner and will be completing a detailed business plan as soon as we can gain acess to the location and see everything first hand for ourselves.
