I am in the process of raising funds to the amount of U$10 million for a Brick Making/Sand Mining project with mineral exploration on my farm in Namibia. In addition, land will be sourced in the Western Cape, South Africa for the cultivation of medical marijuana (CBD oil).
For this exercise, U$500,000.00 as initial capital is required in order to engage/negotiate with prospective financiers of the U$10 million required. Expenditures such as due diligence, travelling & Accommodation, Capital raising through Private Placement Regulation "D" in the USA or Middle East funding raising style of providing Surety Bond Insurance at a cost of between 1-2% of the loan amount needs to be covered. I will also setup a mini Brick Making Plant and drill at least 10 exploration holes to analyse for Copper/Gold.
In return I offer 15% equity for the investment of U$500,000.00, or alternatively debt or any other funding method to proceed.
