Description:
ESM Integration Inc. is an electrical contracting and consulting company. I just recently came across quite a bit of work but need help financing the projects. These jobs are Mcdonalds remodels, they are fairly quick projects the only problem i am having is the payments are 30 to 45 days after the job is complete. Mcdonalds is wanting to do two stores at a time so this would put me at a deficit of $57450 before the first check comes in. If i was able to recieve a shorterm investment of $30,000-40,000 with a 15-20 percent intrest after two years i would be able to float these jobs without strapping the cashflow of the company.
