I have owned Westridge Homes, Inc. for 6 years and have grown the company from 24 home closings in 2002 to 112 home closings in 2006. I met with a consultant in 2007 to stat building more affordable homes. The consultants company sold in excess of 3,300 homes in 2007. I have started building the "New Concept Homes" at the end of 2007 and have had good sucess. What I need is funding to purchase already developed subdivsion lots at a tremndous discounts. I have recently purchased lots that were 36,000 for 20,000 with cash. That 15,000 savings on the lot makes all difference on the "New COncept" working. I also would use the funding to build models, marketing, and weekly advertising. I have the whole program and am currently running it but on too small of a scale. Another builder worked with the same consultant I met with and is currently selling 7 homes per week.
It is a great concept and the end mortgage is still there for the homeowner. I need the funding to take this to the next level of sucess.
