The BlindTiger Pizzeria is a NY style pizzeria targeting smaller towns in Indiana that are desperate for an upscale tasty alternative! Our first location is in an 1892 storefront building on main street that was built during the oil and gas boom here, and our beautiful restoration and saving of the first BlindTiger Pizzeria building is 70% complete (funding needed for completion, building and all equipment is currently debt free). Our vision is to offer high quality NY style pizza (very unique here in the cornfield lands of Indiana!) with big value (our small pizzas start at 16", med at 18" and large at 20") at an unbeatable price point! Our strategy is to EXPAND our locations and focus on smaller towns here in Indiana which already have "Pizza King" restaurants (very OVERPRICED local pizza which everyone eats an everyone GROUSES about) in which we bring our BlindTiger dining experience (URL removed)ng with delivery! Plans include saving and restoring older historical buildings in which we place our (URL removed) giving locals both better value along with "destination dining". Modeled after a very successful NY style pizzeria in downtown Fort Myers, Florida (the Downtown House of Pizza or DHOP) our BlindTiger Pizzerias promise to be the big cat in town!
