Company is a small real estate investing company focusing on acquisition of below market apartment complexes with 20-100 units. We acquire the properties using a DPA program and fund the purchases at 80% LTV. All properties must cash flow from day 1. We are attempting to take advantage of the glut of Commercial Real Estate available in various parts of the U.S. with strong rental histories. Since most of the properties and the DPA will cover closing, we are looking for short term investors willing to take a chance on the deals and provide the seed monies to do fund the pre-closing fees and inspections in return for payment after the deals close.
