Description:
I want to buy an existing childcare center in Danville Ky. The ownere is retiring. I have a masters In Elementary education, and am getting certified to teach preschool. I hope to convert this childcare center into a preschool. Our state is expected to hve universal preschool in the next few years. The public schools will not have enough room to house these extra students and will seek childcare centers who can teach preschool. This childcare center has had 42 children before at a rate of $100-125 per week.
