The company that I am trying to purchase (The Valley Mercantile)does 1.2 million a year in gross sales but is managed very poorly and over staffed. Currently the business only shows a profit of 56k year over a 3 year average. I have a plan that will take it to profits of 200k year in a short period of time. The mercantile has a retail base of hardware, lumber, and ranch supplies. The business is very stable, I just don't have the money to purchase or put 30% down to finance it. I have been watching this store for a year to get a full understanding of how they manage it and the changes that need to be made to bring it to a very profitable business
