Description: I am a dog trainer of 40 years. I have rented 2.5 acres of land right outside of Las Vegas. I will have a business license, and a breeders license. This will be rare because Nevada has past a spayed ,and neuter by 4 months old law that carries a stiff fine. Then if you breed without going through the correct steps (what I am doing right, and i will be (URL removed)al) it is a $2000.00 fine 1 yr in jail, and they can take your dogs,pups etc.. Noone can even advertise with out their breeder number being displayed.. At this time craigs list is the only problem allowing a rehoming fee, but it is being abused so it has to change or people are going to get fined. I can have 8 unaltered dogs. I am getting all (URL removed)s is not a puppy mill. We are building agility runs, and will have to show each dog each year in any established show, which I can do because I have trained Dobermans and Shepherds for show since I was (URL removed) 4-H going to state with a white shepherd. I will sell the excess puppies or donate some to show the police depts what my dogs can do, then get a lot more for pups I train to do protection, detection, drugs, full on attack and release (working with a nationally know trainer Alfredo at Sit Means Sit.) cadavers, Dogs that alert the deaf of at least 4 sounds. Emotional service dogs etc. The good thing is I will have a breeders license, most people do not want to worry with the paperwork. So I will be the few that actually can breed, and all my dogs(that I want) are best sellers even with no training. The 8 week old pups should go for $2,500.00 each on the low side. I can breed once a year so 8 dogs lets just say 70 puppies (the larger dogs have more) 8 get held back for training. So 60 pups at $2,500.00 (low price) that is $150,000.00 a year , and that is not even my business. I have a great Vet with Champion semen, or can stud Champion lines. My business is dog training, The 8 puppies held back will be trained by me and other trainers to do police work, search, and detection, service for veterans, and the disabled. I have seen police depts or security, companys pay up to $500,000.00 for a tri-trained Shepherd or (URL removed)vate people are buying these dogs here for protection since the economy crashed. It seems there is a lot more crime for $58,000.00 This is a win-win- situation. Demand is here! I just need supply. I want to get nice kennels I have buildings. I want to get females that are superior, and at least a year old, because you can not breed until 18 months. Bond with them teach them (superior kennels have most of their dogs socialized and mostly traind in simple commands.) Then when their second heat comes about 5 months, Either buy semen, or Stud to a Champion. (I tried the rescue and they won't adopt to trainers?? Crazy,)So I have to breed my own., which is extra money. but I want a strong foundation, or good genetic European German Shepherds, Dobermans, Mallinios, lab,Other need to find a good breed for the deaf may get a standard poodle to have doodles, they are smart and energetic , but calmer. Thinking about introducing the Turkish Kangal. I need help in buying my foundation dogs. They will be aprox $2,000.00 plus each times 8 is $16,000.00. Ther gestation is about 63 days. then pups can go at 8 weeks. So time between the investment of your choice and you turning a profit will should be less than one year. The money will start rolling in. to improve our place pay you back with interest, or however you want. I do have training from U.V.U. in human psychology, but I prefer dogs. lol
