Custom Built Bodybuilding & Fitness has been a dream of mine since i was 18 years old. I have been a competitive bodybuilder for the past 18 years. I know the differance between a good gym, & a bad gym. Most peaple make the mistake & buy in to a franchise. Putting themselves in a hole hundreds of thousands of dollars, hoping to eventually climb out and be profitable. Alot of these new gym owners are not even able to give themselves a paycheck for years if they make it that far, alot of them don't. I belive in starting out small & letting my gym pay for itself. Slowly adding new pieces of equipment once per month untill it is as big as i want it to be. Doing this makes members very happy as well because most gyms are so in debt that they cannot add new equipment for years. Our membership will pay a flat rate of $32.00 per month. No Gimmicks, No bull, No mis leading the public. We will also be a distributor for monster clothing company, & Met-Rx protein drinks. We have a great company logo that we plan to use to sell on merchandise as well & make into a brand. I have a very loyal following as I was born and raised in this area We estimate that we will open our doors with 400 members the first two weeks in buisness thats $12,800.00 Per Month Within the year we exspect to have 1000 members & more = $32,000.00 per month. This number does not include protein & clothing sales. The only competition we have has over four thousand members and the gym is worn down & the equipment has not been replaced in 20 years. Peaple hate it! & are starving for something better. Thats where we come in.
