Description:
My partners and I are in the entertainment business and are looking to open a series of nightclubs and bars in the area. One partner has opened and managed clubs in Las Vegas, L.A., Cincinnati, and Hollywood. Another has been in the Real Estate business for a number of years. Based on the average income of similar business in the area, and a strong business plan, we believe we've come across a great business venture.
